In 1978 I discovered a new idea and I used this idea to become less anxious and less shy.
All during my childhood and my adult life before age forty I was so shy that talking to an unfamiliar person was anxiety-producing and I seldom knew what to say.
I couldn't participate in ordinary conversation with several people because they talked so fast.
I lived in a beautiful world, and I knew no way to persuade people to pay attention to this world or to me.
Sometimes I was belittled or attacked because of my oddness. This made me even more shy.
My shyness problem was so pervasive that I never learned to relate to people sensibly, or even begin to realize I was so handicapped.
In 1978 I discovered a new idea and I used this idea to become less anxious and less shy.
After treating myself I felt born again and now I can see more clearly from many different points of view.
This treatment has had remarkable results.
All this is wonderful to tell. And I hope that soon I will be helping other people learn to do the same thing to treat themselves without taking any medicine.
Come back again soon and have a nice day!
