In 1978 I discovered a new idea and applying this idea I eliminated my addiction to chocolate and caffeine.
As a boy growing up in the nineteen forties and fifties I enjoyed all kinds of rich food, including soda pop, fudge, and other highly refined foods.
As a graduate student I needed to carry chocolate fudge in my pocket and nibble it every half hour or so, to keep from feeling weak and faint.
After the age of thirty I became addicted to sugared coffee with milk added. I drank about twelve cups a day.
By age thirty eight I was a walking wreck.
At about age forty I got rid of my chronic dependency on certain refined foods by fasting, consuming lots of local wild bitter herbs, drinking lots of water, and exposing my body to the natural elements.
It was definitely a wild ride for several years but now my speeches and my writings are a lot more coherent.
In 1978 I discovered a new idea and applying this idea I eliminated my addiction to chocolate and caffeine.
All this is wonderful to tell. And I hope that soon I will be helping other people learn to do the same thing to treat themselves without taking any medicine.
Come back again soon and have a nice day!
