In 1978 I discovered a new idea and I began using this idea to eliminate my arthritic pain, stiffness and weakness.

When I was twelve years old I leaped off a rock and landed wrong on my left foot.

The bone was fractured but I never saw a doctor.

Gradually I was able to use the foot again, but in my late twenties I began to feel arthritic pain in that foot.

At age 37, 38, and 39 the arthritis got a lot worse.

Some days I could walk only a few agonizingly painful steps.

I always had a lot of pain in the morning, and to be able to walk I would need to warm up my foot by awkwardly walking around the house.

One afternoon I went out back of the house, knelt down to pick up pieces of wood, and I couldn't get back on my foot for over half an hour, it was so very stiff and painful.

I went to my family doctor soon after this incident. He referred me to a local podiatrist or foot doctor.

The foot doctor took x-rays and told me that if I didn't accept his prescription, I would probably soon be even more crippled for the rest of my life.

His prescription was injections of adrenocortin every two weeks.

Soon after, In 1978, I discovered a new idea and I began using this idea to eliminate my arthritic pain and other symptoms.

All this is wonderful to tell. And I hope that soon I will be helping other people learn to do the same thing to treat themselves without taking any medicine.
