Birth of the ECOMODEL Community

I grew up in a mansion of over three thousand square feet, but now I am content living in a much smaller space. Furthermore, I know that many homeless people would be content owning and living in just such a space. You don't need a mansion to feel safe, secure, and content. Try it and see.
In just a few days a good working man can build the floor and walls of a house that is ten feet wide and twenty feet long. In even less time the roof can be built in pieces and put in place by a three-man crew. Homeless people can well-fed, well-housed, and taught how to build small houses for themselves and for other people.
Cooperation is the key. To grow healthy and stay healthy the parts of your body and brain work together in balance. In a healthy society, too, all the people grow together and work together in balance. There is a minimum of quarreling and fighting. You know all this already. So what's the problem? Well, folks have to start with the basics. People need to understand the fundamental principle. After that, they can try it and see.
Yes. Well, there is still a problem. Where will all these small houses be put? WHERE will the new community be located? Whose real estate will it be situated on?
Just like piano playing, cooperation has to be learned and practiced. In my own case, cooperation enabled all five of us to live under one roof after twenty-two local industrial arts students helped build our house. It was an 1800 square foot house. In addition, working by myself I built a 200 square foot house. It would have been much easier if three people had done that job! But at the time I had to work alone. I was thirty years younger then.
I know from experience that there is a feeling when many persons are cooperating. It is a very good feeling. It makes you feel more energetic, more happy, and more able to work. Your spirits become more elevated. Of course, you aren't trying to build Rome in a day. You may not even be able to pound a nail the first day you start to work. But IF you understand the PRINCIPLE, and feel the POSITIVE energy in yourself, this work will improve your health, your mood, and your productivity. In time you will be a NEW PERSON and in time you will have a NEW HOME.
Yes, maybe so. But there is still the problem of LAND. Who is going to donate to homeless people enough lands to build new small houses and have a new community? Well, that's where I come in.
You see, I am a very wealthy landowner and I own millions of acres of land that would benefit greatly by being refurbished. That is to say, I own many acreages that just long to be used for experimental farming such as water farming, permaculture, and the Fukuoka method, and alternative energy communities. The catch is, the wealthy person I am is not John Waters. In my full potency I am Lousiana Pacific Lumber Company, Ted Turner, Bill Gates, AND the United States Government. More realistically, as a determined writer I represent ECOMODEL INC. This ECOMODEL INC might become a not-for-profit organization. And yes. I am blessed with a vivid imagination and a sense of humor! As for defining the legalities and managing a business, I will need to work with business and/or legal experts. I am NOT a business genius.
This cooperative ECOMODEL community is one of my many ideas. The fact is I am an idea person. I also lived for twenty years without any personal income, and so I know that other people who have little or no income CAN live successfully by applying the PRINCIPLE that kept me alive all those years, and eventually enabled me to manage the construction of a new family home. I understand this PRINCIPLE a lot better now and I call it the PRINCIPLE of PEACE and accomplishment. That just means all the elements cooperate and your health is maximized because there is no conflict in your body or in your brain. This makes you feel really YOUNG! Try it and see.
Even though I myself personally am not wealthy, I think that you and I can find some wealthy government or some wealthy individual who will help sponsor ECOMODEL INC because I myself have many thousands of songs and other created works that demonstrate this PRINCIPLE of PEACE and accomplishment. Good business people will know what to do with my works and the works of other contributors in the cooperative that will make them marketable worldwide. Moreover, peace truly is needed in the world, especially since peace is so therapeutic. If many homeless people can use this PRINCIPLE of PEACE and accomplishment to get a new life and a new home, well, heck. Lots more people will be interested! Don't you think?

The desire for self-healing and accomplishment will drive this engine of personal transformation and social change.
The people's cynicism and negativity is NOT the answer...not at any level or in any clique, church, business, or other social group. Neither is a person's lack of any degree or credential any grounds for dismissal or exclusion. Proven dedication and proven ability are what count in the new society.
